MURFREESBORO, TN - An accident reported on Sunday just before 2 in the afternoon led to the shutdown of a roadway in Murfreesboro. The wreck was on Memorial Blvd. between Heritage Park Dr. and Wendlewood Dr.

Reports from Murfreesboro Police indicated that Memorial had to be closed in both directions because of the serious three-car, injury hit and run crash on Sunday. The hit and run driver was located shortly after the wreck and was placed into custody.
