Sat. (Sept. 9, 2023) 6:45-7:45PM HALLOWED GROUND LANTERN TOUR led by a park ranger at the Stones River National Battlefield (3501 Old Nashville Highway; Murfreesboro). This hour-long walk by lantern light gives visitors a chance to appreciate the human stories through letters sent home from the soldiers buried here. It is free and NO WALK-IN allowed...reservations are required. Cancellations must be made by calling 615-893-9501 by 10 AM on the day of the program. Reservations are not transferable. This program is not recommended for children under 10 years of age nor is it accessible for strollers or wheelchairs. Pets are not permitted.
