As recorded on the Tennessee State Trooper’s body cam, Quashonda Williams told the officer that she had not had anything to drink.

Prior to the crash, a motorist called 911 to report that a car was traveling on the interstate with its lights off, and passed them at the Goose Creek exit (Williamson County) and was going in and out of traffic for almost 25-miles before the crash.

Quashonda Williams of Smyrna was charged with driving under the influence, vehicular assault, driving on a suspended license, and reckless driving.
