(MURFREESBORO) Murfreesboro's historic business district is unveiling an exciting new year ahead while it also honors the "movers and shakers" who brought success to the heart of Tennessee last year. The red carpet will be found at 4:30PM Thursday night, Feb. 22, 2024 at the Walnut House, 116 N. Walnut St.
Main Street's Executive Director Sarah Callender said, "Appetizers and drinks served from 4:30-5:00 with the awards ceremony taking place from 5:00-6:00pm. $10 per ticket."
- Design Award: Happy's Sport's Lounge and Boro Bourbon and Brews
- Business of the Year Award: Domenico's Italian Deli.
- Business Partner of the Year Award: Redstone Federal Credit Union.
- Doug Young Downtown Leadership Award: this will be announced at the event
Callender concluded, "You don't want to miss this! Come out and celebrate all the great things Main Street Murfreesboro was able to accomplish with our city, county, and business partners as well as the Main Street Board support in 2023!"
