Murfreesboro, TN - In observance of Presidents' Day on Monday, February 19, city offices in Murfreesboro, along with most recreational facilities and the St. Clair Street Senior Center, will be closed. This closure also extends to the Murfreesboro Transit service.

 

Garbage collection scheduled for Monday, February 19, will be rescheduled as follows: Monday's garbage will be collected on Tuesday, February 20, and Tuesday's garbage will be collected on Wednesday, February 21, due to the holiday.

 

With the exception of the Adams Tennis Complex, all Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation Department facilities will be closed on Presidents' Day. However, the Adams Tennis Complex will maintain its regular hours. Additionally, the Old Fort Golf Club will remain open, weather permitting.

 

City Hall business offices will resume regular hours, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., on Tuesday, February 20, following the closure for Presidents' Day.
