An 18-year old who was charged with three counts of rape against a child in 2012 will appear in court for his plea on April 24th in Rutherford County.  Dylan L. Webster, who lives in an apartment on Warrior Drive, was arrested after police received information from the Department of Children Services that he allegedly had sex with an eight year old girl on multiple occasions. A prior arrest report shows the first time the intercourse allegedly occurred, the child was only seven. 

 

After the story aired on WGNS last year, we received at least one email telling us he was innocent of the charges. Little did the person know who sent the station an email, Webster allegedly admitted to the rape during a police interview. 

 

The suspect is currently free on bond. When he appears in court next week he will be represented by Attorney Brandon Booten.
