Laura Harbour is our Toot’s Outstanding Volunteer. She is a 100 per cent involved volunteer. Some of her volunteer focus is at the Woman’s Club of Murfreesboro. She is an encourager and motivator—our world needs more people like that.  In addition, she is in charge of the Prayer Ministry at her church and devotes several hours each week. She is a retired nurse and always goes the “extra mile” with her volunteer work.
