Lil’ Kickers Child Development Soccer Launches in 'Boro

Murfreesboro, TN - Soccer just got more exciting for kids in and around Murfreesboro as the launch of Lil’ Kickers, a national child development program that uses soccer to help kids ages 18 month to 9 years old tackle important developmental milestones through

age-appropriate, fun activities.

Lil’ Kickers Murfreesboro will host a free community soccer event for kids at two locations:

  • Oakland High School Indoor Training Center on Saturday April 6th (9am-11pm)
  • MTSU Indoor Soccer Arena on Sunday April 7th (1-3pm).

Parents and children are invited to attend this fun-filled event to try a free class, meet the coaches and learn more about the program. All kids that attend will receive a free Lil’ Kickers T-shirt.

Lil’ Kickers Murfreesboro owner Josh Bowden said, “We are beyond excited to bring Lil’ Kickers to Murfreesboro! This is an amazing program for children to participate in and enjoy a fun experience like no other.  Kids will have so much fun while learning soccer skills and life lessons. Lil’ Kickers programming will run year-round beginning April 13, 2024. 50-minute weekly classes are led by highly trained, imaginative,
and energetic coaches who engage kids with high enthusiasm.

They challenge and encourage the kids to learn and accomplish new things. The curriculum, based on renowned child development theories, is tailored to how kids learn at each stage of their development.
