That's what the ladies of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Sigma Chi Zeta Chapter, are offering with Jazzy Blue on the Lawn at Oaklands Mansion.

The purpose of this "all white sneakers and sandals soiree" is to raises funds for the support of the Shannon L. Martin Scholarship, benefiting female high school seniors in Rutherford County, TN, who aspire to pursue higher education.
