Smyrna, TN - In a tense turn of events, the Smyrna Police Department initiated a pursuit today that extended into La Vergne, leaving residents on edge and authorities on high alert. The pursuit, which began in Smyrna, has led to a citywide search for one suspect who remains at large.
The pursuit, initiated by the police, commenced in the vicinity of Murfreesboro Road near the Public Library and 73rd Street.
