We salute all of the Correctional Officers here in Rutherford County. They ensure the custody, safety and well-being of inmates in the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center as well as the Rutherford County Workhouse. Rutherford County Sheriff Mike Fitzhugh recognizes how correctional officers maintain security of the Adult Detention Center seven days a week, 24 hours a day all year long. The Adult Detention Center is led by Jail Administrator Kevin Henderson and Capt.
