La Vergne, TN - Around 4:00 o'clock Friday afternoon (5/24/2024), Regions Bank in La Vergne was robbed.

La Vergne Police told WGNS that the subject entered the facility at 5021 Murfreesboro Road and demanded cash from the teller. No weapon or threat of weapon was made. The subject took money from the teller before fleeing the scene.

The subject is described as a black male, was wearing black pants, a blue oversized zip up hoodie, a shirt that reads “Seattle”, a black beanie, black face covering, and blue/white shoes. His black backpack had a white pattern.
