A LaVergne man was charged with the abuse of a child who is under the age of six. 55-Year old Charles Holton of Ridgemont Drive is facing felony charges as a result of his alleged actions.

WGNS can not release any further information on this case, due to the fact the victim is only a juvenile. We can however say that Mr. Holton has been released from the Rutherford County Adult Detention Center after posting bond.
