Great Turnout at Rutherford County's Pray4TN

Murfreesboro, TN - There was a strong turnout of several hundred citizens at 10:00 o'clock Tuesday morning on the west side of the Rutherford Couny Courthouse. This was Rutherford County's "PrayrTN" that was held in all of this state's 95 counties, and sanctioned under HJR 803, as approved by the 113th General Assembly.  State Representative Mike Sparks (Smyrna, R) told WGNS...

Rutherford County District 19 Commissioner Romel McMurry, who also serves as commission chaplain, says anyone and everyone in the county is invited to come out and pray.

The temps were in the low 80s, but the humidity was through the rough, as a result of the storms that passed through the area overnight. 

Rutherford County Mayor Joe Carr noted... Carr will be on WGNS Wednesday morning (8:10-9:00AM, 7/31/2024) to focus on this county.
