April was a busy month for the Murfreesboro Building and Codes Department, issuing permits for over 240 homes and dwellings. It includes permits for a new apartment complex on Covenant Boulevard called Creekside at Kingdom Ridge. Over 780 permits were issued when you combine the new home and dwelling permits with planned renovations.
