Open 9AM-Noon THIS PAST Saturday

Rutherford County Property Assessor Rob Mitchell reminds the public that his office is open one Saturday each month (that was the case this past Saturday 5/4/2013). The Property Assessor's office is located on the second floor of 319 North Maple Street (corner of North Maple and Lytle Streets).

1st Saturday of Each Month

Mitchell noted that the office would be open on the first Saturday of each month to better serve local taxpayers.

NO Extra Expense For Taxpayers

He also stressed that only salaried administrative employess would work on those dates in order that this added service does not increase the cost to tax payers of operating the property assessor's office.
