Motorists are warned that delays will be seen Wednesday and Thursday on Thompson Lane at Sulphur Spring Road for storm drain construction.

Murfreesboro Traffic Engineer Ram Balachandran warned motorist to expect lane closures on Wednesday and Thursday, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. 

He said that Sulphur Spring Road will be closed between Oakleigh Drive and Thompson Lane for storm drain installation work.  Traffic to and from Sulphur Springs Road will be detoured through Bridget Drive, Wallace Court and Pennington Drive.  Proper traffic control signs will be in place for the detour.
