Eagleville, TN - The Rutherford County Highway Department totally closed the Swamp Road bridge and is in the process of replacing the structure. The road is ovr the bridge is totally closed to traffic. The county does not currently have a completion date for the construction, so motorists in the area are advised to find a long-term alternate route. 

Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes during this time. The closure affects the area between Old Nashville Highway and Mason Road, near Rock Springs Elementary School.
