Murfreesboro, TN – Oaklands Mansion held its inaugural Valentine's Day dinner and dance, marking a memorable evening for couples in the community. Executive Director James Manning shared with WGNS that while final figures are pending, the event was a huge success.

Inside the historic Oaklands Mansion, couples were treated to a choice of Grilled Bourbon Chicken or Roasted Beef Tenderloin, accompanied by roasted potatoes, asparagus, mixed organic salad, and yeast rolls. The exquisite meal was curated by Chef Jeff of Salty Crew Catering.

Atmosphere and Entertainment

As guests savored their meals, the enchanting sounds of harp music, performed by local musician Phyllis Sparks, filled the air, enhancing the romantic ambiance. The setting provided a perfect backdrop for couples to create unforgettable memories.

Evening Festivities

Following dinner, the celebration continued in Maney Hall, where guests enjoyed music, dancing, and an assortment of desserts, light hors d’oeuvres, and specially crafted cocktails.
