Investigators with the Tullahoma Police Department are currently investigating an Old Hickory couple for impersonating a licensed professional and unlawful practice of dentistry. Investigators received information about the 54-year-old Michael Richardson and his wife, 51-year-old Lana Richardson, from the Columbia Police Department after they served a search warrant at the business there, which revealed evidence of an office that had been operated in Tullahoma.
