Smell the blue smoke of some of the finest BBQ east of the Mississippi River and west of the Great Smoky Mountains. Watch some of the top cookers in Middle Tennessee compete in the KCBS competitive series-sanctioned Dr. George Smith BBQ Brawl. We will roll out the red carpet and keep the lights on! Bring your folding chairs and blankets, and don't say the "R" word. Plus--100 vendors, artists, and craftspeople are excited to let you experience their wares.
