MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WGNS) — Fire crews responded to a house fire on Joe Bond Trail Tuesday morning, where they found flames coming from the front of the residence upon arrival.

According to officials, the first arriving crew acted swiftly to attack and contain the blaze. Smoke could be seen billowing from the home as firefighters worked to extinguish the flames. Fortunately, no one was inside the house at the time of the fire, and no injuries were reported.

Photos from the scene show heavy smoke emerging from the front door and firefighters actively entering the structure. Additional emergency vehicles, including an ambulance and multiple fire units, lined the street as crews managed the scene.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
