Rockvale, TN - A crash on Windrow Road near Rockvale has led to a complete road closure after a driver struck a utility pole Monday morning (5/12/2025). The Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office reports that the incident occurred in the 5600 block of Windrow Road during the 9:00 hour. Officials estimate the roadway will remain closed for approximately six hours, with a projected reopening around 3:00 PM.

Crews from Middle Tennessee Electric are actively working to replace the damaged utility pole, stretching new power lines across both lanes. Sheriff’s deputies are also on the scene to assist with traffic control.
