Manchester, TN - The beats won’t be the only thing making waves at Bonnaroo 2025! Rutherford County’s Habitat for Humanity is once again teaming up with the legendary festival to promote recycling, repurposing, and sustainability from June 12-15.
Melissa Cross tells about Habitat being at Bonnaroo
Melissa Cross, representing Habitat, shared with NewsRadio WGNS that their booth will spotlight creative ways to keep materials out of landfills. Their ReStore, located at 850 Dr. Martin Luther King Blvd. in Murfreesboro, successfully prevents over 560 tons of waste from ending up in local dumps each year—an achievement worth celebrating!
And repurposing is more than just an environmental effort—it’s an art form. Festival-goers will get a glimpse at some truly one-of-a-kind transformations, proving that upcycling can be stylish and fun.
Beyond the music, Bonnaroo prides itself on fostering a spirit of community. Through the Bonnaroo Works Fund, the festival has distributed over $8 million to nonprofits that embody values of creativity, connection, and positive change—including Habitat for Humanity.
Rutherford County's Habitat’s Marketing and Development Director Ann Cross says festival attendees can expect an electrifying atmosphere: “Bonnaroo brings four days of fun to the area, and this year’s lineup assures that.”
Those star-studded headliners? Justice, Dom Dolla, John Summit, Luke Combs, Glass Animals, and plenty more, ensuring that Bonnaroo 2025 delivers an unforgettable experience.
As thousands gather at the sprawling 700-acre Great Stage Park in Manchester, they’ll not only soak in the music but also have the chance to engage with local organizations making a difference. Habitat for Humanity will be right there—celebrating sustainability, community, and the magic of Bonnaroo.
So mark your calendars, pack your best festival gear, and get ready for four days of good vibes and great impact!
