Middle, TN - On May 15, 2025, twenty-three local business leaders graduated from United Way’s Catalyst program, marking the culmination of a nine-month journey into nonprofit leadership and community service.

The Catalyst program is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to serve in nonprofit leadership roles. Through agency tours and hands-on projects, graduates gained firsthand experience with local nonprofits, deepening their understanding of governance, financial accountability, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
