Germantown, TN — TwelveStone Health Partners, headquartered in Murfreesboro, has officially opened its newest Infusion Center in Germantown, marking the company’s expansion into Western Tennessee. Located at 7205 Wolf River Blvd., Suite 205, the center will operate Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., offering medically monitored infusion therapy services for patients managing chronic health conditions.

This marks the 22nd location for the healthcare provider, which already operates centers throughout Tennessee, Georgia, Virginia, and Kentucky. The Germantown center joins existing Tennessee facilities in Bellevue, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Mt. Juliet, Murfreesboro, North Nashville, and Spring Hill.

According to TwelveStone CEO Shane Reeves, the Germantown launch aligns with the organization’s mission to expand access to specialized care across the state.
