MURFREESBORO, TN (WGNS) – A new retail addition is coming to the shopping center off Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, as America’s Thrift Stores prepares to open in the space formerly occupied by Rose’s and Bargain Hunt.

The upcoming store is part of a growing chain known for offering a cleaner, more organized alternative to traditional thrift stores. With locations across the Southeast, America’s Thrift Stores promotes a curated shopping experience with clearly defined sections, making it easier for customers to find exactly what they need.

The Murfreesboro location will feature over 40 categories of women’s clothing, 30 for men, and more than 40 for kids, all sorted by size. In addition to clothing, the store will include dedicated areas for home décor, picture frames, toys, electronics, workout equipment, and more.

Unlike traditional secondhand stores, the layout and design emphasize cleanliness and simplicity, aiming to make the shopping experience more accessible and enjoyable for all customers.

As part of its launch, the company is offering a VIP early access program, which gives customers 20% off during an exclusive shopping event ahead of the grand opening. Locals can sign up online to receive early access and become part of the America’s Thrift Rewards program, which includes points for every dollar spent, redeemable discounts, birthday perks, and special promotions like double points weekends.

The opening of America’s Thrift Stores is expected to bring new life to the shopping center, which had seen recent vacancies following the closure of long-standing retailers.
