(June 2 – July 26, 2025) 2025 Movies Under the Stars has been a local tradition for 78-years. The free outdoor movies are at:

• Barfield Crescent Park (Mondays)
• Richard Siegel Park (Thursdays)
• Cannonsburgh Village (Fridays)
• Fountains at Gateway (Saturdays).

Movies Under the Stars has been a beloved tradition since 1947. The event was created by Hollis Harris, who was the first employee of the Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation Department. Movies Under the Stars continues to be a summer staple, offering free family-friendly films at multiple locations across Murfreesboro.
