MURFREESBORO, TN — The annual Barnabas Vision School Supply Drive is in full swing, and the nonprofit is calling on the community for help as the July 27 deadline quickly approaches.
Thanks to many generous donations, Barnabas Vision has already received an outpouring of support. However, several critical items are still needed to ensure students—particularly those from the Rutherford Pointe community—can return to school with confidence.
The items most needed include:
-
51 packs of Wide Ruled Notebook Paper
-
101 packs of College Ruled Paper
-
50 1½-inch Binders
-
7 1-inch Binders
-
442 Composition Books
“These supplies are essential to help students start the year prepared and motivated,” said Barnabas Vision founder David Coggin. “We’re grateful for the support so far, and we’re asking our community to help us cross the finish line.”
Donors can shop online and have supplies shipped directly, or drop off items at the Barnabas Vision office at 141 MTCS Road in Murfreesboro (37129). All supplies must be received by July 27, as volunteers will be packing backpacks on July 28 and 29.
