La Vergne, TN - Murfreesboro Road is temporarily closed at the intersection of Waldron Road following an injury accident in the 10:00 o'clock hour Thursday morning (7/24/2025), according to a spokesperson at the La Vergne Police Department.  They said that the westbound lane (toward Nashville) remains closed as of 11:00AM. 

Emergency responders and La Vergne Police are on the scene, working to clear the area and ensure safety for all motorists. Drivers are urged to avoid the intersection and seek alternate routes until further notice.

Authorities say they will provide updates as soon as the roadway is reopened. Until then, commuters should expect delays and plan accordingly.
