MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance (TOA), in partnership with Ascension Saint Thomas and United Surgical Partners International (USPI), will host an open house on Thursday, Aug. 14, to celebrate the official opening of the Westlawn Surgery Center — Rutherford County’s first dedicated orthopaedic ambulatory surgery center (ASC).

Orthopaedics is a medical specialty focused on diagnosing, treating, and preventing conditions and injuries affecting the musculoskeletal system, which includes the bones, joints, muscles, ligaments, and tendons.

The open house will take place from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at 5109 Veterans Parkway, 3rd Floor, and will feature facility tours, light refreshments, and opportunities to meet physicians and staff. Media, community members, and local leaders are invited to attend.

Strategically located on the top floor of TOA’s building in the heart of Murfreesboro’s growing Westlawn community, the new 13,000-square-foot facility marks a major investment in expanding access to outpatient surgical services that are convenient, cost-effective, and patient-centered. The center includes three surgical suites, pre-op and recovery areas, and the latest advancements in imaging and surgical technology.
