WARREN COUNTY, Tenn. – Earlier this week, narcotics officers with the Warren County Sheriff’s Office and McMinnville Police executed two separate search warrants that resulted in multiple arrests, weapons seizures, and the discovery of an infant living in hazardous conditions.
On Tuesday, August 26, 2025, investigators searched a residence on McQuade Circle in Warren County. During the operation, officers recovered fentanyl, methamphetamine, several items of drug paraphernalia, and three firearms. Authorities also found an eight-month-old child inside the home where the illegal drugs were located.
Three suspects were arrested at the scene. According to officials, Austin M. Gomar, 31, was charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell or Deliver, Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Sell or Deliver, Possession of a Weapon During the Commission of a Felony, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Child Endangerment.
Cassidy L. Gomar, 23, was also taken into custody and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Weapon During the Commission of a Felony, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Child Endangerment.
A third suspect, Hunter Coy Locke, 31, was arrested and charged with Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance and Violation of Probation. As of Thursday, August 28, all three remain in the Warren County Jail without posting bond.
Sheriff Jackie D. Matheny, Jr., speaking on behalf of both agencies, stated: “Chief Mosley and I are firmly committed to protecting the residents of McMinnville and Warren County. This incident was especially alarming due to the presence of an eight-month-old child in such dangerous circumstances. The child’s exposure to fentanyl and methamphetamine could have been life-threatening. This is exactly why we will continue to support our narcotics officers and their mission to safeguard our citizens and our community.”
Just one day earlier, on Monday, August 25, 2025, deputies and McMinnville Police served an unrelated search warrant at the home of Louie Fleisher on Linkley Street. Officers reported finding bags of suspected methamphetamine, a baggie containing suspected marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a 12-gauge shotgun with ammunition.
Fleisher, a convicted felon, was arrested without incident and charged with Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Weapon by a Convicted Felon.
Both investigations highlight the ongoing efforts of law enforcement in nearby Warren County, both aimed to combat narcotics activity and remove illegal drugs and firearms from Warren County communities.
