Middle Tenn. — A U.S. Marshals task force in Middle Tennessee arrested Dajon Marcel Graham, 32, early Wednesday, Sept. 10, 2025, on first-degree murder and related weapons charges stemming from Wayne County (Detroit), Michigan.

According to the U.S. Marshals Service, a warrant for Graham’s arrest was issued Aug. 11, 2025. After investigators developed information that he was living in the Nashville area, the Eastern District of Michigan requested assistance from the U.S. Marshals Service Middle Tennessee Fugitive Task Force.

Task force members located Graham at a business on Smith Springs Road near Percy Priest Lake—just over the Rutherford County line in southeast Nashville. He was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office as a fugitive from justice. Graham will await extradition to Michigan.

The Middle Tennessee Fugitive Task Force is a multi-agency team serving the Middle District of Tennessee. Its membership includes Deputy U.S. Marshals; sheriff’s deputies from Putnam, Rutherford, Sumner, and Williamson counties; Metro Nashville Police; the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation; Tennessee Department of Correction Special Agents; and the Tennessee Highway Patrol. The U.S. Marshals Service emphasized its ongoing commitment to protecting communities by apprehending dangerous fugitives.
