Murfreesboro, TN - As you've heard on WGNS, Murfreesboro is gearing up for one of its most anticipated fall traditions—Oktoberfest at Oaklands Mansion. This Saturday (9/27/2025) from 4:00 to 8:00PM the historic grounds will come alive with the sights, sounds, and flavors of the 11th Annual celebration.

Oakland Mansion's Executive Director James Manning told WGNS listeners, "If you’re a fan of craft beer, you’re in for a treat. This year’s lineup features an impressive roster of local and regional brewers, from Yazoo Brewing Company and The Black Abbey Brewing Company to quirky newcomers like Smackdab Brewing and Mos Alesley Brewing. Whether you’re into smoky stouts or crisp lagers, there’s a pour waiting for you."

Foodies won’t be left out either. Mamusis’s Kitchen will be serving up authentic Polish dishes, while Mossy Hearth Bakery brings the carbs and comfort. TN Craft Butcher’s Meat Wagon and Rockin’ Dawg Food Cart round out the savory offerings, promising something for every palate.

The music lineup is just as exciting. The Quarterlife Band and The Oomphasters will take the stage in front of the mansion, setting the tone with live performances that blend local flavor with Oktoberfest energy.

A few things to keep in mind: the event is outdoors, rain or shine, and while some seating is provided, guests are encouraged to bring own lawn chairs or blankets. Dogs are welcome but must be leashed. And most importantly—don’t wait to buy your tickets. Oaklands Executive Director James Manning has made it clear: no tickets will be sold at the door. You’ll need to purchase online by 3:00 PM this Saturday, and the event starts just an hour later. It runs 4:00-8:00PM.
