MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Can-Am has announced an exciting new event — the Can-Am Derby — set to rev up Murfreesboro on Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The one-of-a-kind competition will feature professional racers, ranchers, and off-road specialists going head-to-head on a course designed to test skill, strength, and horsepower.
Hosted by Dale Brisby, the rodeo world’s most entertaining outlaw, the Can-Am Derby will combine adrenaline-pumping racing with live country music from Ryan Charles and The Band Loula, and Southern BBQ from Fatguy Southern Kitchen. Attendance is free, but only 100 spectator spots remain, with pre-registration required online through Eventbrite.
Competitors include X-Games gold medalist Leticia Bufoni, street racing legend Dave Comstock, electric racing innovator Ellis Spiezia, and Canadian off-road enthusiast David Ostapiw, among others. They’ll face off against working ranchers and farmers, including Cody and Erica Archie of Bar 7 Ranch and Texas cowboy Tucker Brown.
The event will spotlight the 2026 Can-Am Defender HD11, known for its durability and advanced triple-cylinder engine. The course, designed by Nitro Circus’ Hubert Rowland, will challenge drivers with mud pits, hay bale slaloms, and even a reimagined tractor pull.
According to Can-Am, the Derby celebrates the shared spirit of toughness and determination found in both farming and powersports. Those unable to attend can follow the excitement on Instagram @CanAmOffRoad.
