A group simply known as The Pancake Crew has been serving up hot and delicious pancakes and sausages in Rutherford County for almost 40-years now. We spoke to Frank Hayes who told us how The Pancake Crew got started…
Hayes works closely with friend Tally Arnold who helps plan upcoming fundraisers. When we met up with Hayes and Arnold on Wednesday morning, they had just finished cooking breakfast for the International Folk Fest dancers who are visiting Rutherford County this week.
The International FolkFest dancers are in town now through the 16th.
Hayes told us his attention has now turned to raising money for those affected by the tornadoes in Oklahoma. He told us the breakfast for Oklahoma will be at the First Baptist Church on East Main Street Saturday, June 22 from 6AM to 10AM.
