Murfreesboro, TN - Leadership Rutherford is once again inviting the community to help spotlight its most outstanding leaders. Nominations are now open for the Pinnacle Award, the organization’s highest honor, reserved for individuals whose leadership has shaped Rutherford County in lasting, meaningful ways.
This isn’t an award for a single moment of success—it’s a recognition of a lifetime of leadership. The Pinnacle Award celebrates those who’ve consistently stepped up, whether through professional excellence, community involvement, or simply by being the kind of role model others aspire to follow. Past honorees have been known not just for their accomplishments, but for their character, their service, and their enduring impact on the people around them.
Leadership Rutherford is looking for nominees who have demonstrated significant leadership throughout their careers. That means individuals who have led with integrity, contributed to the betterment of Rutherford County through volunteerism and civic engagement, and set a high bar in their professional lives. These are the people who make our community stronger, more vibrant, and more connected.
The Pinnacle Award will be presented during the Rutherford County Chamber of Commerce’s annual “Business at its Best” luncheon, scheduled for Tuesday, February 24, 2026. It’s one of the most anticipated moments of the event, offering a chance to publicly honor someone whose leadership has truly made a difference.
Nominations are being accepted from Wednesday, November 5 through Wednesday, November 26, 2025. If you know someone who fits the bill—someone whose leadership legacy deserves to be celebrated—now’s the time to speak up.
