Through a secure, HIPAA-compliant system, EMS professionals can instantly access key medical details in an emergency — saving precious time when seconds count. The program also connects families with local first responders, utility companies, and disaster-preparedness resources to strengthen care and communication before emergencies happen.

• Supportive Community Connections: MyHero Cares fosters collaboration between families and local EMS teams, helping to build relationships before emergencies occur.
