WARREN COUNTY, Tenn. — 30-Miles east of Rutherford County, more drug arrests have been made in what appears to be an ongoing sweep by local law enforcement in the Warren County area. There, narcotics investigators with the Warren County Sheriff’s Office arrested two men Monday, November 10, 2025, after discovering multiple types of illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, and weapons during an investigation.
Authorities say 26-year-old Tyler David Shannon and 25-year-old Andrew Drake Foster were taken into custody after investigators located several baggies containing a crystal-like substance believed to be methamphetamine, along with numerous pills suspected to be hydrocodone and methadone. Officers also recovered a small amount of marijuana and multiple items of drug paraphernalia, including scales, needles, pipes, and plastic baggies.
Investigators additionally discovered what appeared to be a handgun and an AR-15-style rifle; however, both weapons were later identified as BB guns.

Both Shannon and Foster remain in custody at the Warren County Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Matheny praised his officers for their continued and tireless efforts, stating:
“This arrest is the result of our investigators receiving information and continuing their work until they were able to successfully make these arrests. Our narcotics investigators share the same commitment to eliminating drug dealers in our community as I do. We all want a safer community for our families — and we will continue to investigate and arrest those who deal in illegal narcotics.”
