Jeanette Noffsinger is today’s SRM Concrete Good Neighbor of the Day for the wonderful work she does with Blackman High CTE students. Jeanette Noffsinger will receive flowers from Jenny Harrison and the family at Rion Flowers Coffee and Gifts (117 S. Academy Street) and WGNS.
