MURFREESBORO, TN - The Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation Department is making sure this holiday season is one to remember. It all began with Sunday’s (12/14/2025) Murfreesboro Christmas Parade, where local legend Bill Allen proudly served as Grand Marshal. The celebration didn’t stop there—families were treated to “A Charming Christmas at Cannonsburgh,” a nostalgic candlelit evening filled with twinkling lights, carolers, Santa visits, crafts, and the beauty of historic buildings. It was the kind of event that warms hearts and creates lasting memories. Thank you, Murfreesboro Parks and Recreation, for setting the tone for such a joyful season.
