A piece of property that was going to be used for a downtown condominium and retail space will be available for auction on June 29th in Murfreesboro. The property is located on West Main Street near the Murfreesboro square. The site has been pre-approved for a high rise building.
The original plan called for a ground floor retail space that was over 7,500 square feet in size with three levels of parking and four levels of residential space, according to auction information released by Sims Realtors. The developer, who was going to move forward with the condo and retail space, planned for 46 residential units in 2008, that plan was never executed and now the property will be sold during an absolute auction on June 29 (10:30 AM).
