SMYRNA, Tenn. — The Smyrna Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying individuals believed to be involved in recent thefts at the Ulta Beauty store in Smyrna.

Police say the incidents occurred at the Ulta location in the Marketplace at Smyrna shopping area, near the Target on Industrial Boulevard, just off Sam Ridley Parkway. Authorities did not specify what items were taken, but Ulta is a beauty retailer offering cosmetics, fragrances, and a wide range of personal care and beauty products.

According to investigators, surveillance images show up to three women entering and leaving the store around the time of the reported thefts. Police describe two of the individuals as wearing blue jean-style jackets. One of those women had blonde hair and was wearing what appeared to be a dark-colored nurse’s shirt with pink ribbon designs. The second woman in a similar jacket had black hair and was wearing a black or dark-colored shirt.

A third individual was described as wearing an orange hoodie. She had long black hair pulled into a bun, with what appeared to be designs cut or braided into the hair along the side of her head.

Detectives are asking anyone who recognizes the individuals or has information that could assist the investigation to come forward. Tips can be directed to Steve Martin with the Smyrna Police Department by calling (615) 267-5432 or by email at steve.martin@townofsmyrna.org.

Police remind the public that even small details can be helpful in identifying suspects and advancing an investigation.
