MANCHESTER, Tenn. — Law enforcement agencies and youth sports organizations across multiple Middle Tennessee counties are responding to a growing investigation involving an alleged company known as Kaleidoscope Photography, along with a female known as Shauna Holland, after numerous complaints from customers who say they paid for photos that were never delivered.

In neighboring Coffee County, the Coffee County Sheriff’s Department issued a public statement outlining the scope of the investigation. According to a release from the Coffee County Sheriff’s Department, “The Coffee County Sheriff’s Department Investigation Division is currently working a large theft case involving Kaleidoscope Photography or also know as Shauna Holland.”

The department is asking affected residents to come forward. According to the release from the Coffee County Sheriff’s Department, “If you are a citizen of Coffee County and have lost money to this company or lady please reach out to Chief Investigator Brandon Reed” by email at breed@coffeecountytn.gov, by phone at 931-570-4191, or in person at 76 County Jail Lane in Manchester.

Investigators say the alleged activity extends beyond county and state lines. According to the release from the Coffee County Sheriff’s Department, “...Reed has learned this company has failed to provide money or photos to a lot of people as far as Georgia and Alabama.” The release further states, “For us to be able to investigate this you must live inside our county or had photos taken inside our county. If you have lost money to this company or lady, go to your local department and file a report.” Authorities also noted that most of the pictures the female captured, where sports related.

In nearby DeKalb County, community organizations are also assisting law enforcement. The DeKalb County Jr. Basketball League posted on Facebook that it is working with the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department to collect information from affected families. According to a statement posted by the DeKalb County Jr. Basketball League earlier this month, “We are currently assisting the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department in gathering a compiled list of people who ordered, but did not receive pictures from Kaleidoscope Photography during the 2024-2025 season.” Again, some of the photos were reportedly taken over a year ago, but have yet to be received.

The post continued to highlight the problem that began one-year ago, “If you ordered DeKalb County Jr Pro Basketball pictures from Kaleidoscope Photography that were made on January 25, 2025, we need your name, payment method used, and amount paid. This information will be forwarded to the detective assigned to this investigation.” The league said families may privately message the page, email dekalbcojrprobasketball@gmail.com, or text 615-426-3090, adding, “We would greatly appreciate everyone’s assistance in getting this information out. We appreciate your patience and will update you with any new information we receive.”

As discussion surrounding the investigation has spread on social media, parents and what appear to be past customers are encouraging others to come forward if they believe they may have been victims of fraud. Some parents are urging anyone who paid for photos but did not receive them to file a complaint with their local law enforcement agency and to keep copies of receipts or transaction records. One individual suggested providing police with “Proof of payment: screenshot of Venmo, PayPal, Bank Account, Copy of a check, etc (of the payment).”

Within the city limits of Manchester, the Manchester Youth Baseball League also addressed the issue publicly. According to a Facebook post from the baseball League dated January 9, 2026, “Chief Investigator Reed can only work Coffee County cases. If you’ve paid and not received pictures outside of Coffee County you must file a report in the County you live in.”

The post further stated, “Chief Investigator Brandon Reed is working on a criminal case on the photos that were purchased by you in the spring of 2025.” The league emphasized the importance of cooperation, writing, “This is THEFT, please don't just let this go. Please contact him. He has informed me that this case alone has reached into the thousands of dollars.”

The investigation remains ongoing, and authorities continue to ask anyone affected to contact the appropriate law enforcement agency based on where they live or where the photos were taken.
