NASHVILLE, Tenn. — An undercover investigation into complaints and tips regarding suspected illegal activity at 66 Spa on Nolensville Pike resulted in arrests and the execution of search warrants on Wednesday, according to Metro Nashville Police Department officials.

Detectives with the MNPD Specialized Investigations and Special Victims Divisions conducted an undercover operation at 66 Spa, located at 3221 Nolensville Pike. During the investigation, an undercover detective was quoted a price of $300 for a massage and sex. As a result, Lin Chen, 50, was arrested at the business and charged with prostitution and impersonating a licensed professional.

A search of the spa led investigators to discover condoms, both new and used, inside the business.

Authorities also executed a search warrant at a Valeria Street residence connected to the suspected owner and operator of 66 Spa. Jing Chen, 59, was arrested off-site and charged with felony promoting prostitution. Police said she was found in possession of the spa’s keys and a cell phone used to receive calls on behalf of the business.

Court records show Jing Chen was placed on one year of probation in October after being convicted of felony impersonation of a licensed professional. That conviction stemmed from a separate prostitution investigation involving another spa she operated in South Nashville. As part of her probation, Jing Chen was prohibited from operating massage businesses. A promoting prostitution charge from last year’s case was dismissed as part of her guilty plea to the impersonation offense.

The investigation remains ongoing and is being led by the MNPD Specialized Investigations and Special Victims Divisions.
