The showcase also includes a celebration of 100 years of Sidelines, MTSU’s student-run newspaper, bringing alumni and supporters together for an evening honoring the publication’s legacy.
The episode also previews the MTSU Theatre production of “Natasha, Pierre, and the Great Comet of 1812,” a unique electropop opera based on War and Peace, along with a hands-on Culinary Arts class experience, a discussion on storytelling in music titled “The Rock & Roll Monologues,” and special alumni discounts for Blue Raider baseball and softball games.
Helms explains how the showcase strengthens alumni connections while inviting the broader community to experience the campus and its programs.
