Child Found in Home as Warren County Deputies Seize Meth and Guns

MCMINNVILLE, TN — A narcotics investigation in Warren County has resulted in two arrests, multiple drug charges, and the seizure of firearms following the execution of a search warrant at a local residence. Details of the arrests that took place late last month was recently released by officials and the latest arrests are part of an ongoing crack-down on illegal activity in the nearby McMinnville, TN area.

 

According to the Warren County Sheriff's Office, investigators with the Narcotics Division executed a search warrant on March 27, 2026, at a home on Francis Ferry Road. The warrant stemmed from information indicating that individuals at the residence were allegedly involved in the distribution of illegal narcotics.

Upon entering the home, investigators reportedly discovered baggies containing a white crystal substance believed to be methamphetamine. Authorities also located a safe containing unused baggies, multiple digital scales, and various items commonly associated with drug distribution.

In addition to narcotics-related evidence, deputies found a loaded revolver inside the residence. A separate safe reportedly contained nine additional firearms, all of which were seized and entered into evidence. Of the firearms collected, authorities left with multiple rifles and shotguns, including bolt-action hunting rifles, a pump-action shotgun, and a revolver, all of which appear to be common civilian firearms

 

Two individuals, identified as Michael Christopher Reagan and Joseph William Muncey, both of Warren County, were arrested at the scene. At the time of the search, a four-year-old child was also present inside the home. Officials said the child was safely released to a family member without incident.

Reagan faces multiple charges, including felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell or deliver, possession of a weapon during the commission of a dangerous felony, child abuse, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Muncey has been charged with felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell or deliver, simple possession, and possession of drug paraphernalia. He also faces additional charges tied to outstanding warrants for failure to pay child support and failure to appear in court.

As of the latest update, both men remain in custody at the Warren County Jail.
