A 24 year old woman was reportedly raped during a child custody exchange in Murfreesboro. The victim told police she was raped by the father of her child.

During the incident, the man allegedly grabbed the victim and carried her over his shoulder into her apartment. The child ran to the back room when he entered with the mother.

On the couch is where the rape reportedly took place multiple times, according to a police report.

Shortly after the incident, the woman went to the hospital followed by a visit with a local crisis center. The police were then called and are investigating the case. So far, an arrest has not been made.
