In nearby Woodbury, a woman was arrested on a charge of filing a false report after she called police to report being the victim of a robbery.

According to Woodbury Police Reports, officers arrested Valerie L. Smitty after it was determined that her residence had showed no signs of a robbery. Furthermore, Smitty admitted to smoking methamphetamine. She was also found to be in possession of 4 syringes, 3 straws and 3 one hit marijuana pipes.

41 Year old Smitty was charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession of schedule 6 drugs.
