(MURFREESBORO) Around 5:03AM Sunday (5/17/2020) morning, police received a call about an unresponsive male in the 700 block of East Northfield Boulevard. A 46-year old man was found shot behind the duplex. Personnel with Rutherford County Emergency Medical Services pronounced him deceased.

Detectives with the Murfreesboro Police Department are investigating to determine what led up to the fatal shooting.
